Prepress & Design Services
With large format, CD/DVD replication, offset and digital printing all in-house, we are uniquely skilled in providing design,
prepress, and color correction services to help assure color consistency and quality for individual jobs, and more importantly
programs printed across different devices. We provide guidance to designers to help create files optimized for each device. Our
goal is to help you meet or exceed your printing expectations and brand standards.
Digital Printing
Nu Graphics employs one of the most experienced teams that you can find to help assure excellence for all your digital projects.
From management to prepress to our pressmen, our team averages 20 years of printing experience. This has two important benefits
for you. First, our deep experience means that your job will move smoothly through production, saving you time, money, and frustration.
Second, we can produce pieces that other printers might say are impossible. From complex dies to simply challenging printing issues,
our team likes to "find a way" to produce non-traditional pieces.
HP Indigo 5500 and HP Indigo 5000 - the only proven "tonerless" digital press that offers printed quality printing that's nearly
indiscernible from offset, with the cost and turn-around benefits of digital printing. Both devices offer 4/color throughput
speeds averaging 4,000 pieces/hr. - as well as image and text personalization, and a wide range of paper options.

Variable Data Printing
Variable data printing is a form of printing in which the elements of a piece such as text, graphics and/or images may be changed
from one printed piece to the next without stopping or slowing down the printing process. Often referred to as data driven printing,
the variability is driven by information in a database or by information provided by a print on demand end user. For example, a set
of personalized postcards, each with the same basic layout, can be printed with a different name and address on each card. Variable
data printing is mainly used for direct marketing and customer relationship management.
There are several levels of variable printing. The most basic level involves changing the salutation or name on each copy. More
complicated variable data printing uses 'versioning', where there may be differing amounts of customization for different markets,
with text and images changing for groups of addressees based upon which market segment is being addressed. Finally there is full
variability printing, where the text and images can be altered for each individual addressee. All three types of variable data
printing begin with a basic design that indicates which sections can be altered and a database of information that fills in the
changeable fields.
Offset Printing
Just updated in January of 2008, our AGFA computer to plate device (capable of achieving dots from 1 to 99%) for our Komori 528c 20"
x 28" Press (5-color with in-line aqueous coater) offers you unbelievably rich colors and detailed half-tones that meet or exceed
the expectations of some of the most discerning and recognizable brands throughout the world.
CD/DVD Services
Nu Graphics offers a full line CD and DVD duplication/replication services, including up to 6 color silkscreen capabilities, media
imprinting, packaging and fulfillment. Married with other in-house services, we can offer a true turnkey solution. Nu Graphics has
turned what has traditionally been a time consuming, production oriented process and made it on-demand as well as service friendly.
In-house duplication and silkscreen solves the problem of wasted inventory and timing. Through the use of CD-Rs, the printing of blank
media and demand versioning have, in some cases, replaced long replication runs.
Kitting and Fulfillment
Our electronically managed inventory system allows you instant access to inventory levels with complete administrative control.
We provide storage, kitting, commerce, and fulfillment with reporting to meet your requirement.
File Submission
Clients are given a username and password to access the Nu Graphics FTP site in order to transfer large files and download soft
proofs for a fast and streamlined approval process.
